I'm Working On:
Getting My Life Sorted

Last weekend was a long weekend and still it was packed with activity.  But the weekend didn't seem to end on Monday as it usually does.  The good times just kept on rolling, I just had to go to work in the morning.  The highlights of the weeks was the Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros show at the Fox Theater in Oakland and a delicious meal and cocktails at Boot and Shoe Service.  I also started working on the invitations for my dear friends Hana and Adam's wedding this fall.  Between the work and the play, not much else got done around here.  So now I must wash all the dishes that have piled in the sink, launder all the clothes that have piled on the floor, and sort all the mail that has covered the dining room table.  And I have to figure out what I was thinking when I started this latest embroidery project, and which direction it should take now.  But all that might have to wait until tomorrow, I've got an art opening at my friend's gallery RES/IPSA tonight.
